Managing a partner distribution network can quickly become complex without the right automation tools.

Traditionally, suppliers have had to manually manage wholesale orders, track partner balances, and monitor inventory across multiple reseller platforms. These processes are time-consuming and often lead to fulfillment delays or inventory mismatches.

The EMS Fulfillment Suite was designed to simplify these challenges through automation.

At the center of the system is the EMS Fulfillment Hub, which operates on the supplier’s WooCommerce store. This platform acts as the control center for the entire distribution network.

Retail partners connect their own WooCommerce stores to the supplier through the EMS Partner Connect infrastructure layer. Once connected, the partner site automatically synchronizes product information including titles, descriptions, images, and inventory levels.

When a customer places an order on the partner store, the order is transmitted securely through the EMS API and appears directly inside the supplier’s WooCommerce order processing queue.

From the supplier’s perspective, the order looks exactly like a normal WooCommerce order. This allows the supplier to fulfill the order using their existing shipping and fulfillment processes.

Meanwhile, the EMS Retainer Wallet system automatically deducts the partner’s wholesale cost from their prepaid balance, ensuring that the supplier is paid before the order is fulfilled.

This automated workflow eliminates the need for manual order forwarding, spreadsheet tracking, or separate wholesale ordering systems.

The result is a streamlined distribution network where suppliers and partners can scale their operations while maintaining efficient and predictable order fulfillment.
